A healthcare brand with 85 years of experience had lost it’s luster and market share because of aquistions and bad managment. The solutions was in the word “Love.” The word “Love” was not only a part of the system’s long respected name, but it’s a word that suggests a deep, caring relationship. This reminder to the employees and customers helped to turn around the company as the new branding challenged everyone to love their healthcare system.
